The Role: General Manager We need a “Right Hand” to the CEO. You will take the reins of day-to-day operations here in Thailand, allowing the CEO to focus on global strategy.
This isn’t a holiday; it’s a serious commercial leadership role in paradise.
Your Mission: 🚀 Lead Revenue: Manage, mentor, and grow our Thai-based sales team to hit targets in the UK & NZ. 🌏 New Markets: Spearhead the launch of the DontTravelEmpty brand into Australia. ⚙️ Operations: Oversee the onboarding and training teams to ensure client retention is best-in-class.
The Ideal Profile:
- – Proven experience leading sales teams in B2B SaaS, Transport Logistics, or Coach/Bus sectors.
- – A commercially minded operator who can handle escalations and CRM discipline.
- – Resilient, adaptable, and ready for a significant international move (or already based in SE Asia).
